With more than 10 years of food and beverage experience under his belt, he has set up and has run many food businesses.
His specialty is in Modern Japanese cuisine, where he sources for the freshest ingredients to create his dishes, where you can savour and actually can taste the difference.
He believes that good food should be shared! Bonding over meals is something Greg often does with his good friends. His philosophy is in creating good food at affordable prices, so that this joy can also be shared with others!
He enjoys bringing little surprises to his diners, there will be always something new and off the menu available. So come on down!
